ick-free π€ sweet dreams
We're not going to lie: these day-to-night, footless organic sleepers will not make your baby sleep through the night. But they'll help them feel a little cozier while they're nestled up with you for (another) 2AM feeding. Dare we add that our footless design is also a little perk that helps these sleepers last longer for growing little ones? (Bonus: they make the literally cutest daytime outfit - do babies actually need anything more?) Ethically made with 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton rib and non-toxic dyes to protect their sensitive skin, they're the snuggest, softest, sustainable baby one-piece for the world's sweetest players and dreamers.

organic baby sleepers + sleep accessories
Organic cotton baby sleepers and sleeper rompers (0-24m)
A baby sleeps 12 to 16 hours a day in their sleeper (sometimes 23+ in the early months). Add daytime nap wear and that's the closest-contact garment in the entire baby wardrobe. The chemistry of the fabric matters more here than anywhere else.
Every sleeper in this collection is 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton, with no flame retardant chemicals applied at any point in production. We meet US sleepwear flammability rules (16 CFR 1615/1616) by snug fit, not by chemistry. No PFAS. No formaldehyde. No AZO dyes. No microplastics shedding from polyester blends.
Sleeper vs sleeper romper, what's the difference?
Sleepers are night-only sleepwear, designed for warmth and snug fit, often with footed legs. Sleeper rompers are our day-to-night hybrid: structured (and stylish!) enough to function as daywear, soft and stretchy and safe enough to sleep in. The rompers cover both naps and outfit, which is why we recommend them as the everyday baby base layer.
Why "bamboo" sleepers aren't actually bamboo
The "100% bamboo" sleeper category is mostly viscose rayon, made by chemically processing bamboo pulp with carbon disulfide. The FTC has fined major retailers since 2009 over the bamboo label because the legal disclosure is "rayon from bamboo," not bamboo. Full walkthrough of what's actually in bamboo baby sleepers here.
The snug-fit flammability question
US federal regulation requires children's sleepwear in sizes 9 months to 14y to meet a flammability standard. Manufacturers can take path 1 (treat the fabric with flame retardant chemicals) or path 2 (make it snug-fitting). mini mioche takes path 2 across the entire sleepwear line. No flame retardants on any of our sleepers, ever. 100% compliant with North American safety regulation by design.
What's in this collection
Long sleeve sleepers, short sleeve sleepers, footless sleeper rompers, long sleeve sleeper rompers, blankets, sleep gowns, and beanies. Sizes newborn to 24 months, then extending to size 6y in the toddler line.
common questions about organic cotton baby sleepers
Are organic cotton baby sleepers safe for newborns?
Yes. GOTS-certified 100% organic cotton with no flame retardants, no PFAS, no formaldehyde. Newborn sizes start at 0-3 months.
Are mini mioche sleepers flame-retardant treated?
No flame retardants. We meet US sleepwear regulations by snug fit (path 2 of 16 CFR 1615/1616), not by chemistry. The yellow snug-fit hangtag is the legal disclosure.
How are mini mioche sleepers different from bamboo sleepers?
Material chemistry. Bamboo sleepers are viscose rayon (regenerated cellulose, made via carbon disulfide processing). mini mioche sleepers are 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton.
What's the difference between a sleeper and a sleeper romper?
Sleepers are night-only sleepwear. Sleeper rompers are designed for day and night wear, structured enough for daytime and soft enough for sleep.
Can sleepers be worn for naps and daytime?
Sleeper rompers, yes. Footed sleepers, less common as daywear because of the integrated feet. Many parents use sleeper rompers as the everyday base layer in the first year.
